A Voice for Students
We at Habib Girls’ School value all our stakeholders and through the active partnership between management, teachers, parents, and students we work effectively for the benefit of the entire school community
Our Students have a voice and a contribution to make to their school. They are given opportunities to express their views on issues of concern to them in the school and encouraged to take an active part in promoting the aims and objectives of the school.
The Student Council is a representative structure through which students in HGS become involved in the affairs of the school.
The role of the Student Council in HGS:
- To enhance communication between students, management, staff, and parents
- To promote an environment conducive to educational and personal development
- To promote friendship and respect among pupils
- To support the management and staff in the development of the school
- To represent the views of the students on matters of general concern to them

Message from the Head Girl I have been associated with this school for the past 8 years.
Habib Girls’ is my SECOND HOME!
This is an edifying institute, an emblem of integrity, morality and intellect. It is a place where we all work hard for our individuality as well as for the Habibian identity. At this place, we learn to overcome every kind of hurdle through practical integration. None of this can be possible without the constant efforts of our head teachers and the teachers whom we owe a lifetime appreciation.
They are the ones who always believe in us, encourage us, help us get up after we fall, and give us the hope that we can conquer mountains. The years in this institution are all distinct to each other. Every year is filled with loads of achievements which bring pride home.
Nothing is more powerful than an educated young woman striving for positive change. For those who join this place of dreams and opportunities, it is time to set goals for your future by having a vision, a dream. Trust me, Habib Girls’ and prosperity will always go hand in hand. I sincerely hope that we succeed in our future endeavors, and that Allah gives us the strength to persevere.
Anything can be achieved in this world if only we have the determination and the dedication. Remember, we are and we will always be a HABIBIAN. Make sure that our actions always bring pride to this school.

“We believe that athletes come in all shapes and sizes. Let talent and abilities shine through.”
At HGS we give importance to sports as it teaches lessons of life, such as teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, responsibility, and self-discipline.
The sports council members are chosen from within the sports teams of the school to help us perform the following responsibilities:
1. Provide facilitation in a diverse range of sports activities to encourage physical exercise and healthy lives.
2. To plan and coordinate athletic events to highlight the talent and develop skills.
3. The Sports Council assists in the planning and implementation of regular training sessions and competitions.
4. Inspire and develop tomorrow’s athletes.

Student Clubs at HGS
Life at Habib Girls School is not only about academics! We know that our students’ minds need regular breaks from their rigorous studies to keep their minds well rested and to keep their energies and spirits lifted. Many studies have been done into the science of learning, and one thing that keeps resurfacing is the importance of rest! The brain needs regular mental breaks to allow it to develop new neural connections and to solidify its learning. Therefore, at HGS, we have dedicated The Office of the School Enrichment Programme to provide a variety of extracurricular opportunities to our scholars. Membership in these activities is open to all; our scholars need to simply choose the clubs and activities that most interest them to begin!
