Habib Public School Tender For Managing Cafeteria

Interested eligible parties are invited to submit their bids for Managing and Operating the Cafeteria facility (1000+ students and 120+ staff) and a Tuck Shop (Junior section 900+ students and 50+ staff), at Habib Public School campus. The Cafeteria is well equipped with stainless steel kitchen equipment, furniture, store and kitchen cooking area of over 1000 Sq Yards.

In order to get a competent contractor who can provide good quality/assorted food options and professional catering services as well as maintenance of equipment, the monthly rent for the use of the premises will not be charged. The School is keen on extending the contract for providing the food/catering services for official events, meetings, conferences, etc. requiring large-scale catering services.

Tender documents may be obtained free of charge from the Habib Public School Admin office. Tenders will be available from Monday 13th May 2024 till 20th May.
The tender submission deadline is 30th May 2024 (by 4:00 PM).

The tentative timelines pertaining to the operations of the cafeteria under this contact shall be as follows:

Tentative contract signing date: 15 June 2024
Commencement of limited services: 10 July 2024
Commencement of full services: 1 August 2024
