Registration Procedure

Registration Period:

Starting from 4th November 2024 (12 pm) until all available seats are filled.

Early Bird Registration:

From 4th November 2024 to 1st January 2025. Applicants who register during this period will be eligible for a 20% discount on the admission fee.

Registration Slip Collection by parents:

Each parent/applicant will receive an email with their designated date and time for Registration Slip collection from the Admissions Office.

Required Documents:

Please bring all the original documents listed below, along with attested photocopies, when collecting the Registration Slip from the Admissions Office.

You will receive a confirmation email which you should save for future reference. (If required)

  • Birth Certificate, B-Form and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA.
  • Parents ID Cards.
  • School results of classes VIII, IX and X (first-term/mid-year)
  • Marksheet of SSC Part-I / O level Certificate.
  • 4 recent photographs of the candidate with blue background in the uniform.
  • Immunization/Vaccination record.
  • If you have any other child in HPS/HGS, provide the last paid fee voucher.
  • Certificates of extra-curricular activities and achievements.

Registration Charges:

You will receive the interview date from the school via email after you have filled the form. You will be required to bring a hard copy of the documents mentioned below along with an amount of Rs 1000 against voucher submission on the day of the interview at the school.
