Registration Procedure
Registration Time Period:
- Starts: Saturday, 18th October 2025
- Ends: Wednesday, 4th February 2026
Application forms is available online on the website.
A payment of 1000/- (non-refundable) should be submitted in the Admissions and Examination Department at the time of interview.
Required Documents:

Birth Certificate, B-Form, and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA.

Parents’ ID Cards / CNIC.

School results of Classes VIII, IX, and X (first-term/mid-year).

Marksheet of SSC Part-I / O Level Certificate.

Candidate’s Recent Photographs:1 x Passport-size photograph.3 x (1×1) photographs with a blue background, in school uniform.

If you have any other child in HPS/HGS, provide the last paid fee voucher.

Certificates of extra-curricular activities and achievements (if applicable).

Migration Certificate (If applicable after the admission confirmation).Note: All necessary documents must be uploaded digitally (in PDF or Image format) during the online application process. For the physical submission, please bring all required documents and the printed application form to the Admissions Office at the time of final submission.

Online Registration Process
- Submit your online admission application form by clicking the button below.
- All required documents must be uploaded digitally (in PDF or Image format) during the online application process.
- The non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 will be paid online immediately after completing the application form.
- Online Submission:
- Starts: Tuesday, 18th October 2025
- Ends: Saturday, 4th February 2026
- After successful online submission, our Admissions Department will contact you via email for further processing details and the next stages of the admission process.
Manual Registration Process
- Download the physical admission application form using the link below.
- Submit the completed form along with the registration fee at Admission Office.
- Submission:
- Starts: Tuesday, 4th November 2025
- Ends: Saturday, 4th February 2026
- (Mon to Friday, Between 10:00 a.m till 12:00 p.m)
- You will receive the registration slip upon submission of the form at Habib Public School.
- Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable), payable in cash at the Admissions Office while collecting the registration slip.
