- Birth Certificate, B-Form, and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA.
- Parents’ ID Cards / CNIC.
- 4 recent photographs of the candidate with Blue background: • 1 x passport-size photograph. • 3 x (1×1) photographs.
- Migration Certificate (If applicable after the admission confirmation)
- Last paid fee voucher of Habib School (if the candidate is Habibian or has any sibling studying in HPS/HGS)
- School results of Classes VIII, IX, and X (first-term/mid-year)
- Marksheet of SSC Part-I / O Level Certificate.
- Certificates of extra-curricular activities and achievements.
Note: Please bring the originals and attested photocopies of the following when collecting the Registration Slip from the Admissions Office.
