Registration Procedure

Required Documents

Please bring originals and attested photocopies of the following when collecting the Registration Slip from the Admissions Office:

• Birth Certificate, B-Form, and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA.
• Parents’ ID Cards.
• Recent family photograph (7 inches x 5 inches) with all family members.
• 4 recent photographs of the candidate with white background: • 1 x passport-size photograph. • 3 x (1×1) photographs.
• Immunization/Vaccination record.
• Last paid fee voucher (if another child is enrolled in HPS/HGS).
• Results of previous school attended.
• Certificates of extra-curricular activities and achievements.
