Registration Procedure

Required Documents:
Please bring originals and attested photocopies of the following when collecting the Registration Slip from the Admissions Office:
- Birth Certificate, B-Form, and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA
- Parents’ ID Cards
- Recent family photograph (7 inches x 5 inches) with all family members
- 4 recent photographs of the candidate with white background
- 1 x passport-size photograph.
- 3 x (1×1) photographs.
- Immunization/Vaccination record
- Last paid fee voucher (if another child is enrolled in HPS/HGS)
- Results of previous school attended
- Certificates of extra-curricular activities and achievements.
Note: All necessary documents must be uploaded digitally (in PDF or Image format) during the online application process. For the physical submission, please bring all required documents and the printed application form to the Admissions Office at the time of final submission.

Online Registration Process
- Submit your online admission application form by clicking the button below.
- All required documents must be uploaded digitally (in PDF or Image format) during the online application process.
- The non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 will be paid online immediately after completing the application form.
- Online Submission:
- Starts: Tuesday, 18th October 2025
- Ends: Saturday, 10th January 2026
- After successful online submission, our Admissions Department will contact you via email for further processing details and the next stages of the admission process.
Manual Registration Process
- Download the physical admission application form using the link below.
- Submit the completed form along with the registration fee at Admission Office.
- Submission
- Starts: Tuesday, 4th November 2025
- Ends: Saturday, 10th January 2026
- (Mon to Friday, Between 10:00 a.m till 12:00 p.m).
- You will receive the registration slip upon submission of the form at Habib Public School.
- Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable), payable in cash at the Admissions Office while collecting the registration slip.
- Application Forms are available from 18th Dec’ 23 (Time: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM)
- Registration Fee:
PKR 1000/- (non-refundable).
- Submission of application forms start from 21st Dec’ 23. The forms & registration fees to be submitted in Admissions & Examination Department.
Required Documents for Class-I
- Attested photocopies of Birth Certificate, B Form and FRC from NADRA.
- Attested photocopies of Parents ID Cards.
