- Birth Certificate, B-Form & Family Registration Certificate from NADRA (Attested Copies)
- Parents’ National ID Cards (Attested Copies)
- Recent Family Photograph (7″ x 5″)
- 4 recent photographs of the candidate with White background:
- 1 x passport-size photograph.
- 3 x (1×1) photographs.
- Immunization / Vaccination Record (Attested Copy)
- Photocopies of Last 3 years Results from the previous school attended.
- Photocopies of Certificates of extra-curricular activities and achievements (if applicable)
- Last paid fee voucher of Habib School (if the candidate has any sibling studying in HPS/HGS)
