Curriculum & Assessment
The Junior Section at Habib Public School (HPS), covering Classes 3 to 5, delivers a well-rounded education rooted in the Cambridge Curriculum. Students engage with a broad spectrum of subjects that build strong conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Our program emphasizes English language fluency, scientific inquiry, and mathematical reasoning, while integrating elements of STEAM learning such as coding, experiments, and design projects.
Assessment in the Junior Section is conducted through formative methods, allowing teachers to provide personalized guidance and meaningful feedback. “It is my prime responsibility to develop a whole child as stated in vision and mission of HPS, where we all work together on inculcating 21st Century skills, social and moral values, mentoring each other and supporting our children to be effective learners, possess good communication skills, be creative and innovative learners and responsible citizens of the society.
In HPS, young learners are fully engaged by giving equal opportunities for all to develop beyond the classroom by taking part in Enrichment Clubs, International Competitions, Arts and Crafts, Music, Sports, Music and Library.
We ensure to give every learner an opportunity to express himself as an independent individual through state of the art infrastructure and modern T and L process. Role of teacher is now the facilitator who strives children to be active learners by doing research, to explore and develop his potentials.
