Bird Feeder Activity

Habib Public School focuses on nature and how individuals can help in improving it. Our science teacher, Ms Rubina Mohsin did an activity with young students of class III-M to share the importance of the natural environment and why is it essential to take care of it. Young learners recycled old plastic bottles and cardboard boxes to make bird feeders. Birds have a strong appetite and should be fed at all times and that is why bird feeders should be placed in your balcony or backyard to feed the birds.

Young learners of HPS enjoyed making bird feeders and it was a memorable experience. They developed a love and care for animals. They identified new and various bird species. It was an informative and interesting activity attempted and planned by our teachers as well as students.
