Registration Procedure

  • Application Forms are available from 18th Dec’ 23 (Time: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM)
  • Registration Fee: PKR 1000/- (non-refundable).
  • Submission of application forms start from 21st Dec’ 23. The forms & registration fees to be submitted in Admissions & Examination Department.

Class – 1

Application form for Class – 1 cannot be downloaded from here. (Session 2024-25)

Registration Closed

Required Documents for Class-I

  • Attested photocopies of Birth Certificate, B Form and FRC from NADRA.
  • Attested photocopies of Parents ID Cards.
  • Recent Family photograph (7 inches x 5 inches) with all family members.
  • 3 recent photographs of the candidate.
  • Attested photocopy of Immunization/Vaccination record.
