Required Documents (Submitted after seat confirmation)
- Birth Certificate copy, B-Form & Family Registration Certificate (NADRA)
- Parents’ National ID Cards (Copies)
- One latest family photograph (7″ x 5″)
- 2 to 4 recent candidate photos (White Background)
- Vaccination / immunization record
- Fee voucher paid by the given deadline
- Results of previous school attended (if applicable)
Note: Certificate (TC) from previous Montessori / school (not required for homeschooled children; clearance from previous Montessori mandatory before admission is finalized)

Submit online application and pay the Rs. 3,000 non-refundable fee online via PayPro. Upload B-Form digitally (PDF or Image).

Manual Desk Submission
Download, print, and submit forms at Admissions Office. Fee: Rs. 3,000 non-refundable (paid in cash to the admission officer).
