Registration Form (Academic Session 2026 – 2027)

Application Form:

  • Application Forms will be available on the school website, from Saturday, 15th November 2025 onwards.
  • Please note that the registration form submission will close on Wednesday, 16th January 2026. Make sure to submit all required information before the deadline to avoid any inconvenience.

Online Registration Process

  • Submit your online admission application form by clicking the button below.
  • All required documents must be uploaded digitally (in PDF or Image format) during the online application process.
  • The non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 will be paid online immediately after completing the application form.
  • Online Submission:

    Starts: Tuesday, 15th Nov 2025

    Ends: Saturday, 16th January 2026
  • After online submission and payment please keep yourself updated with the school’s offical website and the social media page.

Manual Registration Process

  • Download the physical admission application form using the link below.
  • Submit the completed form along with the registration fee at Accounts Office.
  • All other details remain the same. Physical submission of registration form will be accepted at the school from January 5th through January 16th.
  • You will receive the registration slip upon submission of the form at Habib Girl’s School.
  • Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable), payable in cash at the Admissions Office while collecting the registration slip.

Payment Processing:

Important Note: If your Online payment attempt fails (e.g. invalid OTP or card issue etc.), please do not resubmit the admission form. Instead, you may complete your pending payment directly here.
