Registration Form (Academic Session 2025-26)

Application Form:

• Application Forms will be available on the school website, from Friday, November 15, 2024 onwards.
• Please note that the registration form submission will close on Saturday, January 11, 2025. Make sure to submit all required information before the deadline to avoid any inconvenience.

Registration Process:

• Please submit the online admission form by clicking the button below.
• The completed registration form, whether filled manually or online, must be submitted on January 8th, 9th, 10th, and 13th only between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at the finance department, along with the registration fee of PKR 1,000. (nonrefundable)
• Be sure to collect and keep your registration slip safe, as you’ll need it on the interview day.
• Interview and testing dates will be announced on January 17th on our website.
• Please note that no registration forms will be available at the school gate. Parents must download the form beforehand. To make this easy, we have provided the form link below.

Required Documents:

• Completed application form
• Birth certificate (original and photocopy) / (KMC / Cantonment board / Nadra)
• B Form / FRC Form (original and photocopy)
• Immunization Card (original and photocopy)
• One latest family photograph
• Previous Assessment Report of the child (optional)

Important considerations:

• Check all documents before visiting school. (Original and photocopy)
• Only one parent or a guardian of the prospective candidate will be allowed inside the school premises to submit the application form.
