Registration and Requirement

Required Documents:

• Completed Registration Form
• Copy of Birth Certificate / B-Form
• Copy of Parent/Guardian CNIC
• 2 Recent Passport-size Photographs of the candidate
• Vaccination or Immunization Card (required for KG to grade 3)
