Her experience spans over 15 years. She is currently running her own institute by the name of \u2018Phonics\u2019 in Pakistan, with an aim to enable children between the age of 4 to 10 years of ages to become fluent English readers, proficient writers and accurate spellers. Her program has many different literary modules such as developing phonemic awareness, writing creatively and learning comprehension skills.
