Her key skills include capacity building, leadership development, instructional development, learning strategies\/ skill-building, coaching, counseling &#038; mentoring teachers, educational project &#038; programme management, diagnostic testing\/ assessment, student advising\/ mentoring\/ support and individualized educational plans.<\/p>\n<p>She believes in the innate potential of each individual which is a gift and resource to be tapped for the greater benefit of the society.
