Instead, teachers and students work together throughout the school year to achieve the cognitive standards outlined in the curriculum and students\u2019 progress is measured by their \u201cattitude towards learning\u201d (ATL). The academic year is made up of 6 units, with each unit being 4-5 weeks long. Students\u2019 progress is measured and supported via continuous assessments throughout each unit. We believe this continuous tracking is a better measure of students\u2019 progress because it allows teachers and parents to analyze any necessary areas for improvement. Each student\u2019s performance report is shared twice a year, at mid and annual term. Each report is formulated to reflect the student\u2019s overall performance against the learning outcomes and measure their attitude towards learning. Instead, teachers and students work together throughout the school year to achieve the cognitive standards outlined in the curriculum and students\u2019 progress is measured by their \u201cattitude towards learning\u201d (ATL). The academic year is made up of 6 units, with each unit being 4-5 weeks long. Students\u2019 progress is measured and supported via continuous assessments throughout each unit. We believe this continuous tracking is a better measure of students\u2019 progress because it allows teachers and parents to analyze any necessary areas for improvement. Each student\u2019s performance report is shared twice a year, at mid and annual term. Each report is formulated to reflect the student\u2019s overall performance against the learning outcomes and measure their attitude towards learning.
