Important Registration Rules

• This form registers a candidate for admission to HGSHSS; however, registration does not guarantee admission.
• This form is only valid for candidates who have secured a minimum of 60% or an equivalent result in Matric/O-Levels.
• The application form is non-transferable, and incomplete forms will not be accepted.

The Registration Fee Rs. 3,000/- is NON-REFUNDABLE and to be paid at the time of submission of this application form.
