Interview Schedule List

Required Documents:

• Birth Certificate, B-Form, and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA.

• Parents’ ID Cards / CNIC.
• School results of Classes VIII, IX, and X (first-term/mid-year).
• Marksheet of SSC Part-I / O Level Certificate.
• Candidate’s Recent Photographs:

1 x Passport-size photograph.

3 x (1×1) photographs with a blue background, in school uniform.

• If you have any other child in HPS/HGS, provide the last paid fee voucher.
• Certificates of extra-curricular activities and achievements (if applicable).
• Migration Certificate (If applicable after the admission confirmation).

Note: All necessary documents must be uploaded digitally (in PDF or Image format) during the online application process. For the physical submission, please bring all required documents and the printed application form to the Admissions Office at the time of final submission.
