Application Form:

• Application Forms will be available online on the school website, from Saturday, 15th November 2025 onwards.
• Registration can only be done online by filling out the form available on the website. The B form should be attached digitally with the form.
• You will receive a confirmation email which you should save for future reference.

Online Admission Process:

• Submit your online admission application form by clicking the button below.

• The scanned copy of the B form must be uploaded digitally (in PDF or Image format) during the online application process.
• The non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 will be paid online immediately after completing the application form.
• Online Submission:
  • Start: Saturday, 15th November 2025
  • End: Monday, 9th Feb 2026
• After successful online submission, our Admissions Department will contact you via email for further processing details and the next stages of the admission process.

Manual Registration Process

• Download the physical admission application form using the link below.
• Submit the completed form along with the registration fee at Accounts Office.
• All other details remain the same. Physical submission of registration form will be accepted at the school from January 7th. 
• You will receive the registration slip upon submission of the form at Habib Girl’s School.
• Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable), payable in cash at the Admissions Office while collecting the registration slip.
